Shweta Rao serves as an Account Manager in the Wellness Vertical at Biz Klinics, a leading Digital Transformation Company.
With over a decade of experience, she has transformed her personal passion for yoga into a distinguished professional career. Shweta is a certified RYT-200, RYT-300, RYT-500, and RYT-1000 yoga instructor, as well as a certified pre- and postnatal yoga coach. Her extensive studies in women’s wellness, particularly in the anatomy and physiology of the female body, enable her to provide specialized support for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal transitions.
In recognition of her expertise and commitment, Shweta has been awarded a Doctorate in Yoga Philosophy. She has guided over 500 individuals on their wellness journeys, empowering them to achieve strength, clarity, and healing through yoga.
